An Infant (under 2 years) is free of charge per full-paying person.

If the infant will complete the second year of life before the return flight, a booking as a full paying child (2 - 11 years) with right to a seat is mandatory for security reasons.

Infants under the age of 2 can’t claim a separate seat

Rebooking

Changes to the date of flight are chargeable and subject to seat availability within the current timetable period up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. In case of a rebooking to a higher fare the difference is payable.

Name change

A name change (without change of date and / or flight route) is possible up to 48 hours prior departure. A fee is payable.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or non-appearance the ticket price is not refundable.

Baggage

Baggage comprises carry-on baggage and checked baggage.

Checked Baggage

The free baggage allowance for adults and minors with maximum age of 12 Years includes one piece of checked baggage up to 20 kg.

The free baggage allowance for minors up to 2 years includes one piece checked baggage up to 20 kg.

Infant equipment (e.g. buggy or pram or cot or child car seat) is included in the free luggage allowance. A registration is not necessary.
